A Business Dinner With A Difference!

11 October 2005

The Northern Ireland Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), will host their annual fundraising dinner in the Rosspark Hotel, Kells on Saturday 5th November 2005. The James Bond, ‘Gold Finger’ themed evening, which is sponsored by Vodafone, is open to both members and non members of the Federation and has been organised to raise money for ChildLine Northern Ireland (NI).

John Friel, FSB Regional Chairman, “Our theme evening promises to be exiting, fun and relaxed event for all who attend. Amid the glitz and glam of the event I believe it is imperative to keep our designated charity, ChildLine Northern Ireland at the forefront of our minds. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Vodafone for their generous sponsorship of the event.”

Martin McClure, Business Development Manager, ChildLine NI said, “ChildLine NI volunteers counsel well over 1,000 children every month from our local base and make a real difference to many young people. ChildLine NI has saved children's lives, found refuges for children in danger on the streets, and given hope to thousands of children who believed no one else cared for them. In light of ChildLine’s emergency appeal launched recently to ensure their unique service remains open and available to children 24 hours per day, the FSB decided ChildLine was a worthy and worthwhile charity to support at their annual fundraising dinner.”
