Breakthrough Breast Cancer is a pioneering charity dedicated to the prevention, treatment and ultimate eradication of breast cancer.

We fight on three fronts: research, campaigning and education.

Our aim is to bring together the best minds and rally the support of all those whose lives have been, or may one day be, affected by the disease.

The result will save lives and change futures – by removing the fear of breast cancer for good.

This site gives a brief introduction to Breakthrough's campaign work in Westminster and with our campaigners around the country.

We are working to improve outcomes for people affected by breast cancer across 5 key areas

Access for all eligible women to a gold standard NHS Breast Screening Programme

3. Treatments
Maximising the potential of our breast cancer research, to create personalised or targeted treatments.

4. Patient Involvement
The Service Pledge for Breast Cancer is a tool that enables healthcare professionals and patients to work in partnership to improve local breast services.

5. Bridging the Gap in breast cancer survival
The UK lags behind most other European countries in breast cancer survival. Pledge your support to help us make sure more women survive.
