The Association of Teachers and Lecturers promotes and protects the interests of its Members – teachers, lecturers, headteachers and support staff. advances the debate and champions good practice across the whole education sector. We are a TUC affiliated trade union and our 160,000 members are empowered to get active locally and nationally.
