Community Amateur Sports Clubs (Support) Bill [HL]

A Private Members' Bill introduced by Lord Addington to make provision in respect of Community Amateur Sports Clubs.

The Bill's provisions seek to make special provisions for community amateur sports clubs. It states that the secretary of state shall, by regulations, provide that regulators of gas, electricity, water and sewerage providers, when setting limits to tariffs for the provision of those services, shall consider whether lower tariffs shall apply to community amateur sports clubs.
