Public Contracts (UK Tax Requirements) Bill

A Bill introduced by Nia Griffith ( Lab, Llanelli) to place certain requirements relating to payment of tax in the UK on companies bidding for public contracts; to prohibit the transfer of such contracts overseas; to require companies bidding for public contracts to provide certain information relating to tax payments and for related purposes.
