Microgeneration (Definition) (Amendment) Bill

Introduced by David Drew (Lab/Co-op, Stroud) as a private members’ bill, the Bill aims to amend the definition of “microgeneration” in certain Acts.
The Bill had its first reading in the Commons on March 26 2008 and is scheduled to be read a second time on April 25 2008.
The Bill includes provisions to amend the wording in section 26 of the Climate Change and Sustainable Energy Act 2006 and in section 82 of the Energy Act 2004.
