Baroness Jo Valentine, Chief Executive of London First said:
“The publication of the Mayor's housing strategy is welcome. The Mayor now needs to take full advantage of his increased powers to stimulate the building of new homes in London, through the use of the GLA's land holdings and through joint ventures with house builders and developers.”
