ePolitix.com details the balloted private members' bills which were being introduced in the Commons on Wednesday.

1. Autism Bill

Cheryl Gillan (Con, Chesham and Amersham) will introduce a Bill on autism. The Bill seeks to make requirements relating to the collection and dissemination of information on people with autism and to provide support for people with autism.

2. Fuel Poverty Bill

David Heath (Lib Dem, Somerton and Frome) will introduce a Bill to make further provision about fuel poverty.

3. Statutory Redundancy Pay (Amendment) Bill

Lindsay Hoyle (Lab, Chorley) will introduce a Bill to link statutory redundancy pay to average weekly earnings.

4. Small Business Rate Relief (Automatic Payment) Bill

Peter Luff (Con, Mid Worcestershire) is introducing a Bill to require small business rate relief payments to be made automatically.

5. Royal Marriages and Succession to the Crown (Prevention of Discrimination) Bill

Dr Evan Harris (Lib Dem, Oxford West and Abingdon) will introduce a Bill to remove discrimination in respect of Royal marriages and succession to the Crown.

6. Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions Bill

Malcolm Wicks (Lab, Croydon North) will introduce a Bill to make provision for societies to be registered as co-operative or community benefit societies and to re-name the Industrial and Provident Societies Acts; to apply to registered societies the provisions relating to directors' disqualification and to make provision for the application of certain other enactments relating to companies and confer power to make provision for credit unions corresponding to any provision applying to building societies.

7. Green Energy (Definition and Promotion) Bill

Peter Ainsworth's (Con, East Surrey) proposed Bill seeks to define the term "green energy" and promote its development, installation and usage.

8. Scottish Banknotes (Acceptability in United Kingdom) Bill

David Mundell (Con, Dumfriesshire, Clydesdale and Tweeddale) will introduce a Bill to make provision about the acceptability of Scottish banknotes throughout the United Kingdom.

9. Leaseholders' Rights Bill

Jacqui Lait (Con, Beckenham) will introduce a Bill to confer rights on leaseholders relating to the management and maintenance of their properties.

10. Protection of Children (Encrypted Material) Bill

Sir Paul Beresford's (Con, Mole Valley) Bill seeks to amend the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 to increase the penalty where a person fails to comply with a notice requiring disclosure of protected material where it is likely that the material contains an indecent photograph of a child or where the offender has been previously convicted of a sexual offence involving images of children.

11. Children in Care (Custody) Bill

Stephen Crabb (Con, Preseli Pembrokeshire) will introduce a Bill seeking to make provision about the services provided by local authorities in relation to the care of children in care in custody.

12. Palliative Care Bill

Caroline Spelman's (Con, Meriden) Bill seeks to confer on patients a right to choose where to receive palliative care.

13. Organ Donation (Presumed Consent) Bill

Jeremy Browne (Lib Dem, Taunton) will introduce a Bill to provide for an organ donation scheme based upon presumed consent and to make provision in relation to safeguards for such a scheme.

14. Schools (Health Support) Bill

Jim Cunningham (Lab, Coventry South) will introduce a Bill seeking to amend the Education and Inspections Act 2006 to establish standards in schools for the support of children with specified health conditions and to make provision about the inspection of support.

15. Presumption of Death Bill

Tim Boswell (Con, Daventry) will introduce a Bill to make provision in relation to the presumed deaths of missing persons.

16. Lending (Regulation) Bill

Russell Brown (Lab, Dumfries and Galloway) will introduce a Bill to impose requirements on lenders relating to the calculation of interest rates and to regulate the promotion of lending.

17. Industrial Carbon Emissions (Targets) Bill

Charles Kennedy (Lib Dem, Ross, Skye and Lochaber) will introduce a Bill to make provision for the establishment of carbon emissions performance targets for electricity generating stations.

18. Equality and Diversity (Reform) Bill

Philip Davies (Con, Shipley) will introduce a Bill to prohibit the use of affirmative and positive action in recruitment and appointment processes and to repeal the Sex Discrimination (Election Candidates) Act 2002.

19. Special Educational Needs and Disability (Support) Bill

John Bercow (Con, Buckingham) will introduce a Bill to make provision for further training of teachers and specialist staff and to make requirements relating to access to specialist services.

20. Forces Widows' Pensions (Equality of Treatment) Bill

Michael Mates (Con, East Hampshire) seeks to introduce a Bill to provide for the equal treatment of forces widows' pensions in respect of retirement from military service for the periods before 1973 and between 1973 and 2005.
