The Bradford North constituency covers the communities that are currently in the Bolton, Bradford Moor, Bowling, Eccleshill, Idle and Undercliffe areas of the City, as well as a large part of the City Centre.

The communities are diverse in terms of ethnicity, age and economic status.

There are a number of regeneration Projects in the Constituency, Newlands based around the Ravenscliffe/Fagley/Thorpe Edge/Bradford Moor areas. Regen 2000 is based around the Bradford Moor/Leeds Road part of the Constituency. These schemes have brought in millions of pounds of private and public sector investment and created jobs and improved social facilities.
