Rosie Hands Over State of the Art Cancer Equipment at DRI
Rosie Winterton, MP for Doncaster Central, will be at Doncaster Royal Infirmary this Friday, 26th August at 5pm to hand over a new endoscopy system donated by the Doncaster Cancer Detection Trust.
The Cancer Detection Trust, a local charity, has raised £80,000 to purchase new equipment that will be in the ENT out-patient department.
Rosie said:
“My thanks go to Doncaster Cancer Detection Trust who have raised so much money so that cancer patients can have access to the best equipment.
“Catching cancer as early as possible is crucial to increasing the chances of beating the disease, which is why we are investing record amounts in cancer prevention, detection and treatment.”
