MPs and leaders of government run together in the Westminster Mile for Sport Relief '04
The Houses of Parliament showed their backing for Sport Relief yesterday as over a hundred MPs, Peers and leaders of major sports organisations, took to St James's Park to do the 'Westminster Mile' to raise money for Sport Relief '04.
Taking time out of their busy schedule, the Peers, MPs and sports bodies donned their trainers for what will be remembered as a race with a twist as Sport Relief brought all the political parties together.
You do not have to be a sporty person to get involved in the Fitness First Sport Relief Mile, as the politicians, dressed in their Sport Relief Red Socks for the Westminster Mile, proved.
