Matthew is the Liberal Democrat MP for Truro and St Austell, one of five constituencies in Cornwall. He is also the Liberal Democrat Shadow Leader of the House of Commons, and speaks on economic and treasury issues for his party.

The idea of this webpage is to provide you with some basic information about Matthew, his work at the House of Commons in London and his Cornish constituency.
