MP praises local college report

Aberavon MP Dr Hywel Francis has written to the Principal of Neath Port Talbot College, Mr Mark Dacey on its recent inspection report.

Dr Francis said,

‘This is an outstanding report of Neath Port Talbot College by Estyn, Her Majesty’s Inspector for Education and Training in Wales.

I was especially pleased that the inspection grades were considered to be very good overall with some outstanding features in some learning areas and that the College provides an ‘outstanding’ range of courses.’

Dr Francis added,
 ‘Local communities are very proud of their local college in Port Talbot and Neath because it is, after all, the premier college in Wales.  Their report is evidence of this’.
