Following news from PostWatch, Falkirk MP, Eric Joyce, has expressed concern about the Falkirk (FK) postcode areas failure to meet the national minimum target for 1st class mail next day delivery.

Speaking today, Eric Joyce MP said

‘I know my constituents would expect any 1st class mail they are sending to be delivered next day, especially when it has been posted in good time and I’m concerned about why the local Falkirk postcode area has been unable to meet this target.

PostWatch Scotland have assured me that they will be looking in to this matter and I will be expecting steps to be taken by Royal Mail management to make sure that my constituents get the service that they are paying for.’
