Commenting on Tony Blair's conference speech, Charles Kennedy said:
'What people want are quality schools and healthcare and safe streets. After eight years of Labour, they're still waiting. Tony Blair hasn't got the answers. This was just rhetoric from a Prime Minister who knows his time is running out.'
