TELEGRAPH STORY BRINGS OWNER OF PROBLEM TIP TO THE SURFACE

Following an article in the Coventry Evening Telegraph on 4th July 2005, Bob Ainsworth - Member of Parliament for Coventry North East - has received a letter from MDA (Jersey) Ltd, a Project and Construction Management Consultants who claim to project manage the site of the problem Hawksbury Tip for the owner, Mr Peter Le Fol.

The letter claims that the owner has plans to regenerate the area but to date; no firm proposals for the site have been agreed.  The letter goes on to say that the owner wishes to meet to discuss and advance the proposals.

Bob Ainsworth said:

“I am very happy to meet Mr Le Fol and we are trying to arrange that at the minute.  I don’t know if he has any serious plans for the area but it is a neglected and dangerous area and I think we should all be prepared to discuss any proposals.”
