Local Coventry North East MP Bob Ainsworth will be hosting an event for constituents and organisations that have an interest in visa issues on Wednesday 24th September 2003 at St. Paul’s Church Hall, 346 Foleshill Road.  The event will commence at 7:30pm and will be attended by UK Visas officials from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office.

This event will give people the opportunity to address their concerns and views on the entry clearance operation with UK Visas officials.  During the event officials will address visa issues in general, which will include useful advice and information for people making visa applications. There will also be an informal session afterwards for people to discuss face to face with UK Visas officials individual cases.

The event will specifically focus on visa matters overseas rather than on asylum or in-country issues for which the Home Office has responsibility.
