Bob Ainsworth MP is joining the RNID at a reception in the House of Commons on Wednesday 24 November 2004, to celebrate the NHS providing free of charge 250,000 digital hearing aids to people who are hard of hearing, something which people used to have to pay for.  This has transformed their lives.
