May I, through your letters page, send a good luck message to all students who are waiting for their A-Level results which are to be announced on 18th August.

We are all aware of the pressure that exams can put on students and their families, it is a stressful time.  I send my very best wishes to all those students who are waiting for their A-Level results and hope that they are all successful.
Those who get better, or sadly worse, results than expected may wish to seek advice.  Edexcel, the examiner and Capital Radio are providing an advice line for when the results are published and anyone with any questions may wish to use Capital Radio stations across the country to get immediate answers and advice.

Meanwhile, it is an anxious wait for everyone and I remember well waiting for my own results under great stress and send my sincere best wishes and good luck to all students."
