You can contact West Sussex County Council in a number of ways:

Tell us what you think about our organisation, or anything else that comes to mind. We welcome all of your comments and suggestions.

We have separate web pages for you to:

• make a complaint
• contact your County Councillor
• report a fault (i.e. malfunctioning street lights, pot holes, traffic signal problems, fly tipping)

OUR PROMISE
If you contact us, we will try to respond fully within ten working days. If this is impossible, perhaps because your query is complex or involves several service units, we will acknowledge your e-mail within five working days of receipt or contact you within ten working days to let you know who is looking after your query, what action we are taking and when a reply can be expected.
