Transport & Recreation

Transport

Camden has excellent transport links – including the three mainline stations at King’s Cross, St Pancras and Euston. In 2007, an international high-speed link will transport passengers from King’s Cross to continental Europe.

Parks and open spaces

Camden is one of London’s greenest boroughs. The council manages nearly 70 parks and open spaces, ranging from small neighbourhood playgrounds to grand city squares like Russell Square and Lincoln’s Inn Fields. The borough also has its own City Farm in Kentish Town.

The borough also contains the open spaces of Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill, Regents Park and historic graveyards such as Highgate Cemetery.
